How can I check my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Click on that link and get excited!

Can I make a change to my order?

Sorry - we are unable to make changes to an order once it is placed. However, we are happy to cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet, and fulfill the new order that you place with your changes.

How do I cancel my order?

We are happy to cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet, please reach out to customer service as soon as possible.

Tracking shows my package as delivered, but I don’t see it.

Sometimes carriers may place packages in unexpected locations, so make sure to thoroughly check your delivery area.
If you still can't locate your package after checking everywhere please review the tracking details and double-check the delivery address is accurate. Reach out to the delivery company through their customer service line or website, explain the situation, and inquire about the package's whereabouts.

Do you offer sales and promotions?

Sales and promotions will be offered at various times throughout the year. Follow us on our social platforms listed at the bottom of the website for the most up to date information.

How can I check my gift card balance?

You can check your gift card balance at anytime using the link in the email you received at the time of purchasing the card.

How do I enclose a gift message?

When you go to your shopping cart, before clicking Check Out, there will be a space for you to include a note with your order. Your note will automatically print out on the packing slip included with every order.

Shipping & returns

Do you offer free shipping?

If your order, before tax, is above $150 then your free shipping discount will be automatically applied at check out. No discount codes are required.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

If you would like upgrade your standard shipping service, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air on all domestic shipments.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is available, please see the list below for what countries we currently ship to. The rates are calculated based on weight and destination. Taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

When can I expect my purchase?

Orders usually go out within 1-3 business days. Standard averages 4-8 days for delivery. We cannot guarantee when it will arrive as it is out of our hands once it leaves our warehouse. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.
Pre-orders, pre-sales, or other items that are noted on the listing may take longer to ship out. Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country will be the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

Domestic and International returns must be requested within 14 days of your order delivery.

In order to receive a refund, item(s) must be:

  • Unworn and in the original condition
  • No trace of makeup, stains, animal hair, deodorant, strong scents (perfume)

If you have an item you believe to be defective, a photo must be provided before the return is approved. If we receive your item and find that it does not meet the above conditions, your refund can be denied.

Click here to start a return. Please put the return label on an exterior shipping box or container, not on any product or apparel packaging. Please keep your tracking number easily accessible as you wait for your package to ship back to us.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

We cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

Can I return or exchange items I bought during the sale?

Unless an item is marked final sale, you are able to return or exchange your items. Please review our return policy, listed above, for guidelines and instructions.

Will you apply a promotion to a past purchase?

If you forgot to apply a discount code to your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. To verify the condition, we do require images of the damaged product.

What size am I?

Our products descriptions contain size charts for your convenience. Use a tape measure to get the most precise measurements around your bust, waist, and hips while wearing minimal clothing. Compare your measurements with our size chart for your desired fit.

How do you recommend caring for my pajamas?

There are heat pressed care instructions inside each article of clothing. By taking proper care of your pajamas, you can expect to enjoy them longer.

Should I expect my product to shrink?

Always consult the care instructions on the garment for proper washing and drying methods. Improperly using hot water and high heat drying can significantly increase shrinkage.

Where are your products made?

We design all of our products in the United States, and import them from China.
